The Conqueror’s Brigade was the self-given name of the original PC party that began the campaign somewhere around 1984. The original group consisted of these player characters:

• Norasis (Paul Shoden)
• Res & Vulgaar (Chris Kessler)
• Morlar & Octinagua (Atticus Rotolli)

All of these characters except Atticus' were evil when they were first rolled up. They started in the town of Strobulis in Ostland, and eventually made their way south to the CSIO where Norasis met and fell in love with Clarissa, who was instrumental in converting him and eventually the rest of the party away from their evil ways.

While in the CSIO sewers they also encountered a group of amazons who became lifelong friends: Fawn, Rita, Trista, and Via-Chaz.

The adventures of this original group of PC's and NPC's are many, and as many forgotten now as remembered, but they did eventually make their way to Tegal, where they settled and Norasis became Duke. Alas, all of these PC's have now perished or been lost, except Morlar, who was discovered living in hiding in the Dancing Hut, to keep the Staff of Korpuntarl hidden from Powatoc.

In Tegal, a second generation of PC's joined and eventually became synonymous with this legendary adventuring group after the founders had passed. These new members included:

• Grogan (Brian Debenedictis)
• Gorlain (Chris Cockrell)
• Soris (Dan Rodriguez)

And still later, many more names of a 3rd generation of PC's have joined their ranks, among them:

• Kabob (Dominick)
• Shishka (Dominick)
• Fa-Hed (Dan Rust)
• Avrik (Tony Qualman)
• Jebbin (Brian Debenedictis)
