Louhi there has setup her command of all the Spawn legions that stain our fair country.

Ironic, this, for it was not long before, as rumor would have it, that Kelanen aided [[campaign:people:npc:powatoc|Powatoc]] in his quest for the shards of the [[campaign:things:sword-of-the-sightless-eye|Sword of the Sightless Eye]].
