Here in are own Blue Mountains, I am informed by my Lady Laeral , we have our own Lich Queen: Louhi, the Old Crone of Pohjola. It seems that in the Spawn’s long occupation of the mountains, they have finally wrested control of the ancient Darkhold. Built by the giants in the time of the Troll Wars, it has long since been held by the dwarves. Louhi there has setup her command of all the Spawn legions that stain our fair country.

What chills even I, is that Louhi is not the only one of the council of Nexux to rise from the grave. You’ll recall that Kelanen’s army sacked the Pohjolan capital nigh on ten summers ago, razing their citadel and slaying it’s council. Ironic, this, for it was not long before, as rumor would have it, that Kelanen aided Powatoc in his quest for the shards of the Sword of the Sightless Eye.

Undoubtedly, Powatoc’s powers over death have grown beyond our comprehension: Zekur and Garian walk again, what’s more, Fazur Pink, who died in disgrace in service if the death god, Armadad Bog, must have groveled his way under Powatoc’s wing, for his name is whispered amongst those named previous: The Lichlord Counsel of the Babolyth, in Skull Keep as it has been called since it’s rebuilding, the governmental seat of power in Pohjola.
