-Clarissa is one of the elven daughters of Lorethon Thantin of Darokin. An actress with many suitors, she was once pursued by Norasis in the CSIO, after he stumbled upon one of her performances at the Patrician Theater. He, along with Vulgaar, Res, Morlar, and Octanagua had recently arrived in the city from [[campaign:places:strobulis|Strobulis]] in [[campaign:places:ostland|Ostland]] when the campaign began. They were a rowdy lot, and quite evil at the time, a fact which motivated Clarissa to spurn Norasis’ advances during his sewer-lurking days. Uncharacteristically for a performer, she was a devout and disciplined student at the [[campaign:places:csio:School-of-Ancient-Knowledge|School of Ancient Knowledge]], and was ultimately responsible for reforming Norasis, though not before she fled to her homeland in disgust with he and the rest of the Conquerors Brigade’s nefarious ways.

-Many years later Darkn and Soris encountered her living in Skatim.

-A glance at this unearthly beauty could never be forgotten, and the list of fools that love her at first sight (or just act like fools) is sad, for she has taken no lover other than Norassis.
-
-In her a vision of the firstborn of the elves has returned, with golden-blond hair and striking royal purple eyes. Her Bronze skin, lithe build, and delicate, gentile manner mark her unmistakably as a faerie elven princess. At the Elfstone, she wears a simple peasant woman’s dress though she is usually clothed in a white kimono with a red sash. She is never seen without her favorite moonstone necklace. The daughter of Lorathon Thantin, hermit-king of the grey elves (who has never claimed his throne), she too stole away from the duty of her heritage when she was but an adolescent (116 yrs) to be an actress at the Patrician Theater in the CSIO. There she met Norassis and joined the Conquerors Brigade. She participated in many of their (now dated) adventures in the CSIO including the [[campaign:places:csio:Cynges-Leahs-tomb|Cynges-Leah’s Tomb]], Satan’s Hollow, and [[campaign:people:npc:Emig-the-XXVI|Emig the XXVI]]’s [Tenser] shattered world, which was being devoured by [[campaign:people:npc:The-Menjerken-Creature|The Menjerken Creature]]. She & Norasis had a falling out before the CB, went south to Al Qadim, on the trail of the Menjerken. She left Norasis angry with his neglect and long absences when he sewer-crawled and squandered his wealth on healing elixir. She has not been seen since that day long ago when she left him to go back to Darokin. The world has her to thank for turning the legendary Hobbit Hero from his dark, chaotic ways and sending him on the road to holy divinity (behind every great man…) When the CB knew her, she was a disciplined scholar of eastern Taoist thought at the School of Ancient Knowledge, and already quite accomplished in open hand combat. A star onstage at the theater, offstage she was quiet, reflective, very soft spoken, moral, & always principled. She, and the amazons who had taken up with the CB at that time, and who held her in high regard, may very well have taught the barbaric & lewd CB the civil ways that marked the rest of their careers.
