-Durgan is a henchman of Elan Kanto in Powatoc’s temple in Rushbury Mound. He is captain of the temple guards and the one who set fire to [[campaign:people:npc:father-beamus|Father Beamus]]’ Temple of Ilmater to throw the party off the trail of the slaves that had been disappearing from Father Beamus’ congregation. Elan later sent Durgan to escort the party to the Lost City of Barakus to free [[campaign:people:npc:devron|Devron]], and give them an opportunity to exact vengeance on Durgan; strangely they did not.
