Elina is the bastard daughter of Queen Muriel Eden and the wizard Greenfast, half-sister of Whitefire who slew their mother Muriel to become the reigning World Emperor. The Conqueror’s Brigade has learned from Muriel when they rescued her from Hades that although she is a bastard child, so is Whitefire, and that she is the eldest of the two and therefore could lay claim as rightful heir to the throne of Virdistan.
