Garland and Grump Berger are Fell Tarmick's lieutenants and third in command of the Green Tree Bandits after Faerin.

Garland was a human, and the entertainer of the bandits, an accomplished singer, musician, dancer, and storyteller. Sadly, he was slain by zombies during the Lost City of Barakus, Episode 26.
