During The Lost City of Barakus, Episode 2, Hassier and Knav'n made their way from the docks to a seedy flophouse in the dockside slums of Rushbury Mound called The Ramshackle where they met Dagon Ziss and Gilgar, two nefarious-seeming fellows.

Gilgar, a friend of Dagon, had long black hair that was grey as a ghost, in banded mail with long & short swords at his belt and a crossbow at his back. Around his neck he wore the symbol of Powatoc on a pendant.
