-The Wind of the Desert was first encountered by the party in Kadarasto when one of his mechanicals, a dog, set off an explosion in the suq (marketplace). He is a renown artificer of clockwork machines, perhaps the most potent such wizard in all of Tokal. He is thought to dwell in a huge juggernaut that roams the Ruined Kingdoms and Haunted Lands of Al Qadim and his mechanicals are known to have a strong presence in Kadarasto and he is suspected to be a Visier of Pharaoh Nari.\\
