-__**Description:**__ This is an Actor stopping to catch their breath during combat and consider their next actions.  Actors regain Stat Points by Declaring a Pause.

When the Pause is resolved, choose one Stat Point Pool and return to the [[rules:core:gameplay:props:cards-tokens|Actor Hand]] all of those cards that are currently in the [[rules:core:gameplay:props:cards-tokens|Spent Stack]].  Actors may Declare multiple consecutive Pause Actions to regain Stat Points from other Point Pools, although they may only Declare one Pause action per Phase as normal.
